Famous for its abundance of tropical fruits and a busy gem trading centre particularly noted for sapphires and rubies, Chantaburi is locally known as the “City of the Moon”. Vietnamese-French influence is reflected in the shophouse architecture. Visit the local temple where you will have a chance to discuss about the world of Buddhism. Then continue the trip to Oasis Sea World to watch the exciting dolphin show.
The dolphins are mainly those accidentally caught in fisherman’s nets in the Gulf of Thailand and are trained by Thai experts. After lunch at the restaurant in the Oasis Sea World, we take you to visit a gems dealer in town and stop at Robinson Shopping Centre before returning to Ko Chang.
